At your first appointment, a detailed medical history will be taken. This will enable me to establish why you are here and your health and lifestyle. 

A full treatment session will last approximately 45 minutes.  However, please allow at least an hour and a quarter to include discussion and medical history, setting up and down of mobile equipment.

Areas corresponding to parts of the body which are out of balance may feel uncomfortable or tender when massaged and the degree of tenderness will indicate the degree of imbalance. The sensitivity of the feet varies from person to person. The treatment should not be very uncomfortable to even the most sensitive of feet and the pressure I use can easily be adjusted, so don't worry about that!

The number of treatment sessions required will vary but usually  between 4 and 6 weekly is recommended. However, you will still benefit from the relaxation of the treatment even if it is a one off!

Surcharges of £5 per 5 miles apply if I am travelling outside of a 5 mile radius (charged one way)

Discount applied to 4 or more treatments booked and paid together - 5th treatment is free!
