30 minute and 45 minute treatments available includes consultation.

Ear Seeding is included in your Auricular reflexology treatment as part of your self care in between treatments, if you would like to.

Top and Toe Treatment

£45/£60

15 minute Auricular reflexology followed by 30 minutes or 45 minute foot reflexology.

Ear Seeding in this treatment as part of your self care in between treatments, if you would like to.

Ear Seeding

Ear seeding as an individual treatment - 30 minutes inclusive of consultation and placement of ear seeds.

Functional Reflex Therapy

Rainbow Relaxation Routine on the hands or feet to induce calmness and reduce anxiety/agitation for individuals who are living with complex needs, Autism, Learning disabilities, Dementia, or neurological conditions.

Individuals

Rainbow relaxation routine per individual, starts from £12 for 15 minutes up to a 30 minute session on hands or feet.

Care Home setting

£45

Within a care home setting I am able to provide the 15 minute treatment to three or four individuals, within my hourly rate.
